Bryan Baldwin has been CEO of an independent record company, publishing company, and produced and engineered RIAA Certified Gold and Platinum Albums. Bryan has led sales teams, consulted Fortune 500 companies, and has a passion for growing people. In his corporate experience consulting Fortune 500 companies, he focused on the areas of talent management, organizational development, change management, HR, and learning.
Bryan helped develop a technology team creating innovative learning technology solutions in the Fortune 100. Additionally, he developed the Psychology of Strategic Sales concentration for Excelsior College.
Bryan holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and is a founding member of Leaders Excellence at Harvard Square. He has been inducted into the prestigious Delta Mu Delta Honor Society for Business Administration. Bryan was proclaimed Outstanding Georgia Citizen by the Georgia Secretary of State for his business and civic contributions to the state of Georgia.

There are not many studios in Atlanta you can visit that Brian Rainwater has not done some work in. Brian has been responsible for studio design and consultation, customization, and innovative acoustic and engineering solutions for many artists’ private and commercial studio spaces over the years.
He has a deep understanding of electronics, signal paths, sound field, and waveform processing that most producers and engineers would envy; he is truly a student of music, production, writing, recording, and mixing.
Brian has been guitarist and bassist in many Atlanta-based bands over the years. He has produced and written songs with some of the music industry’s leading talents like Mike Riggs and Scum of the Earth.
Brian brings a unique style to his productions, leveraging multiple influences over the years including Iron Maiden, Prong, Static X, Rob Zombie, Trent Reznor, and Marilyn Manson, His combination of technical expertise and music production is what helped cultivate the ubique sound behind Atlanta’s Gang of Souls. In fact, you can hear his powerful Rainwater-Designed preamps in many of the recordings!
